Serving as the gateway to San Antonio’s newest 1.5 million square foot town center Eilan Village, Office Buildings 2 & 3 offer over 100,000 sq ft of Class-A office space each for a total of 200,000 sf of office space. Constructed with 42 ft clear span floor plates and post-tension slabs, the office buildings provide increased usable floor space

Parking for visitors and tenants is located in the two adjacent parking structures. These structures, providing spaces for 750 automobiles, are harmonious with the surrounding buildings with recessed garage entry to subordinate their impact.
